I’m a therapist and writer who believes that emotional insight and creative expression can help people feel more grounded and connected. My work is about what it means to be human, how we heal, grow, and make sense of our experiences through both science and art.

In my therapy practice, I help people slow down, understand their emotions, and build more honest relationships with themselves and others. Writing is another way I explore those same themes. My poetry books freebird, moonchild, and unbecoming are collections of reflection and renewal, written for anyone who has ever tried to make peace with themselves.

My Self-Therapy store grew from that same mindset. It’s a mix of humor, honesty, and mental health, created for anyone who copes by laughing at life’s chaos. It’s about finding comfort in calling things what they are, and learning to see the healing that happens when we stop taking ourselves so seriously.
