Nice to meet you.
Welcome!
I’m Laura, a conceptual artist and designer who enjoys turning ideas into cohesive, wearable systems. Below is a bit more about my background and how I approach the work I do.
About Me
My work lives at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and storytelling. I’m the most energized in the early stages of a project, where ideas are still taking shape and direction matters the most.
I come from a self-taught design path, which has given me a hands-on understanding of how concepts move from inspiration to execution. Over time, I have worked across apparel, accessories, jewelry, and merchandise, developing a strong instinct for cohesion, restraint, and brand alignment.
I’m drawn to design that is intentional and grounded. I care about clarity, mood, and how pieces relate to one another.
How I Think About Design
I approach design as a way of organizing ideas. Before focusing on materials or details, I ask what the work is trying to communicate and who it is meant for.
Concept First
I naturally think in collections, rather than isolated pieces. I consider how designs relate to one another, how they live on the body, and how a visual language carries across different contexts.
Collections and Systems
I value simplicity and intention over excess. When a concept is clear, the design has room to breathe, and feels more grounded and cohesive.

My Work and Collaborations
-
My experience spans brand-led merchandise, independent apparel concepts, and original jewelry collections. In each setting, I’ve worked closely with founders, collaborators, and creative partners to translate ideas into products.
-
I’ve collaborated with photographers, artists, and editors, which has helped shape how I think about storytelling and visual consistency. These experiences reinforced how important it is for a concept to translate clearly across teams and mediums.
-
Because my work crosses creative and strategic roles, I bring both structure and curiosity to the design process, helping ideas to move forward, without losing their original intent.
